Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between moral development from a Kantian perspective and physical exercise in adolescents aged 13 to 15 from Liceo Taller San Miguel. The focus is on measuring self-regulation and autonomy in the context of exercising as an end in itself, rather than a means to achieve aesthetic results. The research involves a sample of 66 students, with in-depth interviews conducted to generate qualitative analysis categories. The findings suggest that physical exercise can be integrated into moral development frameworks, emphasizing autonomy and self-regulation in accordance with Kantian ethics.
